Nicki S.

Nicki is an E-RYT200, certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, and has been teaching group classes and working with private clients since 2014. Nicki is gentle and compassionate, and guides her students through a mindful practice while holding a safe space for each student to explore and honor a deeper connection with themSelves; body, mind and spirit. Her classes are intentionally accessible and welcoming to all. Nicki's offerings reflect her desire to bring more peace, love and healing to the world, one breath at a time.

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.Read class details
