"Once upon a time, I was wrangling crayons and sight words in an elementary classroom—now I guide breath, movement, and mindfulness on the mat (and still occasionally wrangle chaos, just with better music). Teaching has always been my calling, and now I get to teach something that helped me grow from the inside out: yoga. As a certified vinyasa instructor, my goal is to help students connect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit—while creating a space that feels safe, soulful, and full of good energy.
