As a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher, I specialize in guiding restorative and slow flow practices that help students reconnect with their breath, body, and inner stillness. My yoga journey began in Monterrey, Mexico, my home city, where I first turned to the practice as a way to cultivate balance and self-awareness. Over time, it grew into a deep calling to hold space for others to do the same. In my classes, I focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment where students can slow down, release tension, and build a deeper mind-body connection.
