Rachel H.

I love how the practice of yoga is adaptable and can cater to each person's unique needs during each practice. I encourage my students to come to class with an open mind and an open heart. As we listen to our bodies, and leave room to gently fall out of a pose; our focus is on feeling better than when we started.
When I started doing yoga 10 years ago, I was looking for a way to decrease the stress of being an elementary educator....I fell in love with the practice of yoga and kept going back.
Now, as a certified instructor, I have the opportunity to hold space for yogis of all capabilities and share all that I have learned over the past 10 years with each individual who walks through the studio doors.
