I am Sabine, by choice! I believe that we are not stuck being who we are assigned or expected to be. Yoga helped me realize that I am always becoming who I choose to be!
 
I stepped onto my yoga mat about 15 years ago as a way to keep from getting injured while training for 1/2 marathons. It worked! AND as a bonus, I loved it!
 
I attended a 200 hour YTT in Costa Rica with Zen Spot Institute in 2018 so that I could teach at my favorite yoga studio.
 
In 2019 I opened my own studio with a focus on Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, and Restorative yoga. We were rocking right along until Covid shut us down in July of 2020.
 
I have experience teaching Hot26 (Bikram), Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle Flow, Hatha, etc... After so many years of being a student and several years being a teacher I have landed in the Hatha/Gentle Flow realm of yoga. I love to teach slow mindful classes where the focus is on proper form and alignment, mindful movement, and body positivity through mind-body connection. My classes are beginner friendly and all about self acceptance right where you are in this moment.

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Read class details
