These classes will be taught by one or more of our newly trained Yoga Teachers. They have taken 200hr YTT with Flow Yoga in either Vinyasa, Sacred Space (Hatha), or Heart-Centered Kundalini / Vinyasa.
 
The style you get will be a surprise but you are welcome to go at your own pace. Enjoy learning from these new bright spirits that bring their dedication and passion to the mat.
