Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body through asanas (poses), with focus on the breath. This class will help you to build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility, and release tension. If you appreciate having things a little loose and like to keep moving, this style is definitely worth a try.Heated at 80-85 degrees

The purpose and intention of this gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to come to monthly to build community and deepen our yogic lives - on and off the mat. I believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know. I want to help you connect to THE most profound teacher - YOU. Each month will have a theme to explore the many powerful and sacred teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Through various healing modalities, activities, discussions, and teachings, you'll gain insight and tools to find inner peace and equip your spiritual toolbox for your journey to self-heal. JANUARY | SURRENDER "POV: New Year, New Me" - where you at? How does this social perspective to the new year make you feel? Do all the pressures to set goals and intentions motivated you to reset each year? Does this perspective bring feelings of shame? Or, like me, are you not quite ready to climb out of hibernation quite yet, and into the new year? For some, the new year inspires a surge of motivation, an opportunity to envision a brighter future and set ambitious goals. Yet, for others, the pressure to transform overnight can feel overwhelming, leading to feelings of guilt or disappointment if they don't meet these expectations. It's important to remember that growth and change are not confined to the start of a new year. They are ongoing processes that ebb and flow with the seasons of life. If you're feeling more inclined to stay in your cozy cocoon a while longer, that's perfectly okay. It's about honoring where you are right now and trusting that the right time for action will reveal itself. It always does. This month, instead of rushing into resolutions, lets consider everything you've become. accomplished, learned from and surrender into this new year nurturing your intentions slowly, like planting seeds. Allow them to take root and grow at their own pace, without the pressure of immediate change. By doing so, we may find the journey becomes a bit more authentic and fulfilling - free from the constraints of societal expectations, and crafted perfectly to you. What would it feel like to surrender into 2025, knowing your have the tools to trust the path you're walking. Let's get together and talk about it. What to expect from this month's gathering: • Nervous System Reset Yoga Practice • Discussion and Journaling • Meditation • Share & Connect • Practices to Take Away What to bring: • You and Your Bestie! • Journal & Pen • Water • Comfy Clothes • Anything else you may want or need for your heart, body, and soul. Tylee is committed to creating a safe space for us to be human and have honest, compassionate connection. She is determined to find out the “why’s”, to dig deep to the root of each issue, and to lead with an open-heart. I invite you and all the like-minded souls looking to discover, play, connect, integrate, and learn how to feel and to heal.
