Cacao Healing Circle and Sound Bath

Did you know Cacao is called the “Grandmother” plant? This is because of cacao’s powerful yet gentle effect of energizing while opening the heart and mind. It feels like a warm hug from a kind but wise abuela.

Join Stephanie & guest Kim Denning for an afternoon of experiencing the healing and loving properties of cacao.

We will:

-Learn how cacao can help energize our best selves while calming the mind and opening our hearts to create clarity in our lives.

-Drink traditionally prepared cacao

-Practice Breath work (Pranayama)

-Enjoy a short group meditation

-End the night w/ a sound bath

Sacred smoke, candles, drums, and rattles will be used to cleanse and energize the circle. In our commitment to honoring Mayan traditions, this cacao is sourced from indigenous communities in the Cahabón region of Guatemala.

*No experience necessary, just an open mind & open heart*

Stephanie enjoys teaching & practicing an infusion of Hatha & Kundalini. She loves the body awareness that Hatha offers & enjoys the silliness & liberation Kundalini invokes. Her classes are always geared towards gentle & heart-centered w/ encouraged playfulness!
She appreciates community which she has found through Yoga and now she is grateful for the opportunity to create community for others within her own classes.
