Barefootin! A Yoga for Happy Feet Workshop
Healthy foot function literally benefits the whole body. Come learn w/ Angela about some simple practical tips to care for the body’s foundation - these little platforms known as our feet!
In this workshop you will learn about:
• Alignment & activation of the feet
• Strengthening & balancing the muscles of the feet & ankles
• Improvement, prevention & understanding many common foot ailments such as Plantar Fasciitis, Bunions, Hammer Toes, Achilles Tendinitis, & more!
• Caring for the fascia & connective tissues of the feet
• Improving balance & stability
• Stretches that affect the muscles of the feet & their surrounding support structures
• Decreasing knee, hip & low back pain
Participants will receive a take home packet of info for future reference.
All you need is a mat, water bottle & wear comfy clothes!

*No previous experience of yoga is necessary, this is a beginner friendly workshop!
Angela is an E-RYT 500 instructor, a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher + Sound Healing Practitioner. She graduated from Yoga Yoga in 2010. Her style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her practices are practical and useful, and help people move their bodies in ways that are beneficial off the mat in everyday life. Angela's classes are always welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.
