Beginner's Yoga: 4 Week Series

Our Intro to Yoga is a four week program designed to introduce and answer questions about the practice of Yoga.

 Participants will learn fundamentals of yoga including basic yoga poses, modifications and breathing techniques. 

The series is suitable for those who are new to yoga as well for those individuals that still have a practice but need to sharpen their skills. 

Each week will focus on different aspects of yoga allowing students to progressively develop their skills. 

Week One (10/05): Breath & Body Awareness, Grounding Poses & Sun Salutations

Week Two(10/12): Review Week 1, Fundamental Poses & Side bends

Week Three(10/19): Review Week 2, Forward Folds & Twists

Week Four(10/26): Review Week 3, Balance & Backbends

*Each Series is 60 minutes 12-1pm.

You can't get it wrong! It's a message I like to convey when I teach yoga, because you really can't. The practice is where we can see ourselves and connect. I love to teach movement that challenges not only the body, but also the mind. I have been practicing for over 20 years and have a 10+ years of teaching experience.
