Join us for a deeply restorative and reflective end-of-year yoga practice designed to release, renew, and restore. We will begin with a series of gentle, releasing yoga poses to help unwind both the body and mind, allowing any trapped emotions or lingering energies from the year to flow out and make space for the new.
Next, settle into a soothing guided meditation, accompanied by the healing vibrations of the gong, to cultivate clarity and grounding as you prepare for the year ahead.
We will then move into a silent, meditative journaling practice, where thoughtfully crafted prompts will guide your reflections on the year that has passed, offering you the opportunity to release, integrate, and set intentions for what’s to come.
This event is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and honor the journey of the past year, allowing you to move forward with clarity, balance, and a deep sense of inner peace.

Different types of yoga classes made a tremendous impact in my life since I’ve discovered it back in 2010.
In 2023, I pursued my dream of becoming certified in 200 HR Vinyasa Teacher Training, and Gong Training, here at Flow Yoga, so I can deepen my practice and share the benefits of yoga with the world!
