TRUSTING THE UNIVERSE - TRUSTING YOURSELF: EFT Tapping, Breathwork, Sound Healing At 3rd Eye with Fiona E.
Join us for an exploratory workshop where we will tap into new levels of TRUST, INNER KNOWING and REMEMBERING THE TRUTH… that the universe REALLY DOES have your back!
In this workshop, you will be guided using EFT Tapping to dive deep into trapped emotions followed by breathwork and sound healing to soothe, release, and support the integration process.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "Tapping," is a combination of Chinese medicine and modern psychology that helps relax the nervous system, release unwanted stress, and free us from unresolved trauma. As we tap on the meridian points of our body we send a calming message to the brain lowering our cortisol and allowing new positive neural pathways to develop.
Restorative Breathwork is a meditative practice developed to move us inward toward more subtle dimensions of awareness. The circular breath technique gives permission for the mind to relax which then gives way for the body to display what messages lie beneath the surface. With every layer, prepare to uncover deeper aspects of yourself which can lead to feelings of liberation or increased self-realization.
Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, arrive with an empty stomach and bring your own yoga mat, blanket, journal/pen and any other items to make yourself comfortable (pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Yoga is like a personal trainer for your muscles. It can help improve muscle tone by strengthening and stretching your muscles. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than hiring a personal trainer to follow you around all day.
Yoga helps with weight loss and weight management like a superhero sidekick, always there to lend a helping hand. It can help you burn calories, reduce stress eating, and increase mindfulness around food choices. Plus, it's a lot more fun than running on a treadmill.
Breathwork in yoga is like the secret sauce - it takes your practice to the next level. It helps you stay present, calm, and focused, and can even enhance the physical benefits of the poses.
Yoga helps with PTSD like a therapist, providing a safe space to heal and recover. It can help you learn to manage your thoughts and emotions, increase self-awareness, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Plus, it's a lot more relaxing than traditional talk therapy.
Absolutely! Yoga is like a birthing coach for your body. It can help improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance, all of which can come in handy during labor. Plus, the focus on breath control can help you stay calm and focused during contractions.
