Rooted in the ancient practice of Shaktipat, this transmission awakens the life force energy (kundalini) that already resides within you. For thousands of years, teachers have passed on this sacred initiation to help students reconnect with their creative power, innate wisdom, and the profound stillness of nondual awareness. When awakened, life force energy flows more freely through the body. Like tuning an instrument, this activation clears blockages, balances energy centers, and harmonizes the nervous system. The result is not forced effort but natural alignment, a return to the state your system already knows how to be in when unburdened. To support your experience, please wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals for two hours before class. Bring water and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. This activation may open you to deep relaxation and release of tension, dissolving blockages and enlivening dormant pathways, igniting clarity, inspiration, and possibility, and softening separation and resting in unity. During the class, Rachel serves as a conduit through light touch, energy field work, and direct guidance.
