It's in the name. This is a different kind of yoga studio. Where imagination blends with practice. I really like the classes here, they're just different and you get to connect with people because it's smaller and more intimate (for example the improv classes). If you're kind of weird and quirky and spiritual, you'll find your people here!

I absolutely love this studio. The classes are so unique yet so much fun, and often allow you to get silly. More than anything, I love the community - it's a great place to make friends.

A gem! Yoga, sound healing, ecstatic dance, breath work, erotic movement, improv, and poetry open mics? At a yoga studio? Yep! This place is awesome. I was staying in an Airbnb around the corner and stumbled on this place. $30 for the first 30 days got me and I'm glad it did. In the past week I've gotten way out of my comfort zone, experienced deep healing, found community and made friends. Can't wait to see what other magic unfolds! Thank you to the owner and all the instructors for cultivating such a wonderful space.

Super cool spot! The chakra yoga class I had was great. Don’t forget to clean your mat before and after if you borrow from the space!

I’ve been going to flowmagin for about 3 months now and I love it. They offer a variety of different classes with really knowledgeable instructors. The space is really cool and efficient. I love that they don’t have a minimum count for a class. I’ve gone to multiple sessions where it’s just been me and the instructor and really appreciate it. My favorite sessions have been the sound bath sessions. I book through class pass and rarely use any other yoga studio to practice. Love it here!

Make sure to check out their full schedule! Flowmagin offers a variety of classes (not just yoga), so there’s something for everyone. So far I’ve tried out a sound healing meditation, candlelit yin yoga, and the partner yoga/Thai massage class. I enjoyed all of them. The instructors are welcoming and very passionate about what they teach. Cool fact that I didn’t realize until recently: Flow Yoga studios (various locations), 3rd Eye, Body Collective, and Flowmagin are all sister studios. So be sure to check out their other studios in town too since each type of studio has their own unique vibe!

Yoga helps with muscle strength and tone like a personal trainer, only without the dumbbells and weight machines. It can help you build lean muscle mass, improve flexibility, and increase overall body composition. Plus, it's a lot more peaceful than grunting and sweating in a crowded gym.

Yoga is like a multivitamin for your overall health. It can help improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility and strength, and reduce stress. Plus, it's a lot more fun than swallowing a giant pill every day.

Absolutely! Yoga is like a universal language for your body. It can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual. Plus, it's a lot more fun than sitting on the couch all day.

Props are like the supporting cast in a yoga class - they help you get into the right position and provide support when needed. Think of them as your trusty sidekicks on your yoga journey.

A typical yoga class is like a good movie - it lasts long enough to tell a story, but not so long that you start to nod off. Most classes run between 60-90 minutes, but there are also shorter and longer options available, depending on your schedule and attention span.
