I've been coming here for the past 10 years and we finally created a quick and easy retreat based on our favorite things in Costa Rica. Nice, quiet studio, a wide variety of classes, plus a welcoming, enlightened and no-pressure atmosphere. I haven't practiced yoga in years, and Flow offers a range of options to help with that transition back. Highly recommended for yoga beginners, intermediates and pros.
