This is a real workout that builds strength you can actually use.
Each class focuses on either upper or lower body using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and yoga props. Expect to sweat, build muscle, and feel challenged - but with modifications so you can work at your level. This is functional training, meaning you'll get stronger for real life: lifting groceries, playing with kids, moving furniture, whatever your day demands. Come ready to work hard and listen to your body. All fitness levels welcome.

Flow Yoga is a lovely place to do yoga and re-build strength/muscle after some physical issues that have come with age and stubbornness. At 65 it's nice to find a judgement free zone with super knowledgeable, kind instructors and students.
Such a sweet and cozy studio. Warm atmosphere, love the tea lounge. Friendly staff and can’t stop going to Dana’s classes - she is incredible!

This studio is the best I’ve found in Austin! The classrooms are large with high ceilings, have soothing lighting and lots of plants keep the space feeling so fresh and restorative. The classes are full but not crowded so there’s always a place, even if you decide to pop in for a class at the last minute. The best part is the variety and schedule they offer! So many types of yoga to try, different intensity levels and classes well into the evenings. They even offer specialty classes and sound healing and fun seasonal classes that help us connect with each other, expand our practices and build community. The acceptance and inclusion you feel as soon as walk in the door makes you want to keep coming back. ❤️ Truly restorative - Flow really understands what we need!
