The purpose and intention of this gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to come to monthly to build community and deepen our yogic lives - on and off the mat. I believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know. I want to help you connect to THE most profound teacher - YOU.

What would it feel like to move through life with more ease? In this Sacred Circle, we’ll explore what it means to live in harmony with your natural rhythms—welcoming both movement and stillness, action and surrender. Through breath, reflection, and embodied practices, you’ll learn how to soften resistance, trust your inner flow, and create balance in the way you show up for yourself. This is your invitation to move with life instead of against it.
Through guided practices, reflective journaling, and intentional rituals, you will reconnect with your Inner Spring—the energy of renewal, possibility, and expansion. We’ll explore Ayurvedic cleansing techniques ,breathwork to invigorate the mind, and self-inquiry to uncover what is ready to bloom within you. This circle also serves as a stepping stone toward our quarterly Embodied Rhythms retreat, where we deepen our seasonal embodiment journey.
