Men’s Circle: Breath, Meditation & Connection

We're gathering to explore what it means to be a grounded, present, and compassionate man. Through movement, breath, and sharing our stories, we'll create a space where we can support each other and grow stronger together.

What You'll Experience:

  • Gentle Yoga and Movement: We'll start by grounding our bodies with some easy yoga and physical movement. No need to be a pro—just come ready to move and feel good.
  • Breathwork: We'll use breathwork to let go of that tension and find some inner clarity. It's like hitting a reset button for your mind.
  • Sharing Circle:  In a facilitated circle, we'll have the chance to speak our truths, listen deeply, and be witnessed by our brothers. 
  • Tools for Life: You'll walk away with practical tools for building emotional resilience, staying grounded in the present, and forging authentic connections. Think of it as your toolkit for navigating life's ups and downs.
  • Community: You'll be surrounded by a community of men who are all about growth & honesty. It's a space to be yourself and grow.

What to Bring:

  • Nothing Required: Just bring yourself. 
  • Optional: If you're into journaling, feel free to bring a notebook to jot down any insights or reflections.
  • Comfortable Clothes: Wear something you can move in easily. Keep it light and comfy.
