Join Angela for a dynamic and playful 2-hour workshop where movement meets meditation, breath unites with flow, and self-expression becomes a sacred dance. Through a blend of asana, meditation, and hooping, you'll explore the balance between strength and fluidity, structure and freedom. Both yoga and hooping instill confidence, enhance creativity, and elevate the spirit—helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm while building flexibility, strength, and balance.
What to Expect:
Hoops provided (these are handcrafted, adult-sized hoops—not the ones from childhood!). Feel free to bring your own if you have one. Whether you're new to yoga, hooping, or both, this workshop is an invitation to move, explore, and unleash your inner radiance.

Angela is an E-RYT 500 instructor, a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher + Sound Healing Practitioner. She graduated from Yoga Yoga in 2010. Her style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her practices are practical and useful, and help people move their bodies in ways that are beneficial off the mat in everyday life. Angela's classes are always welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.
