Dina Robison is a certified 500-hour yoga instructor and a certified meditation instructor. Since receiving her first training in 2004, Dina has been teaching vinyasa yoga in New York City, Silicon Valley, and now in Hill Country, Texas. She has taught yoga to groups and private clients of all ages at top gyms, businesses, and yoga studios.

Katie is a Holistic Nutrition Consultant, budding Herbalist, and Sound Bath facilitator. Katie received her certificate of Nutrition Consultant through California state-certified Bauman College Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. In the last four years, Katie launched a trio of herbal teas: Immuni-Tea Love, Love Your Liver Tea, & Gut Love to support the health and vitality of her clients. Katie loves local + seasonal produce and can be found organizing at least one berry picking event each spring.
