Deep Release Breathwork Ceremony

Deep Release Breathwork Ceremony

Join us for an extended Breathwork Ceremony; a supportive space to slow down, settle in, and loosen what’s been held in the body.

Over 2.5 hours, we take our time. This isn’t a quick reset, it’s a deeper clearing. A chance to move through what’s been weighing on you and creating distance from your sense of ease, clarity, and joy.

We use the breath as a tool…a steady, rhythmic sweep through the body. Like a broom, it moves through the tight places, the noise, the layers that have quietly built up. Not to force anything out, but to make space.

Space for clarity.
Space for softness.
Space to feel more like yourself again.

This is a small group experience, limited to 8 participants, allowing for a more supported and personal container.

What to Expect

We begin in circle…time to arrive, check in, and acknowledge what’s present for you. You’ll be guided to set an intention, something you’re ready to meet, move, or soften.

From there, we move into a 75-minute breath journey. The breath pattern is simple and intentional, designed to support the nervous system while gently opening space for release…physically, emotionally, or mentally.

There will be music, periods of guidance, and time to be with your experience. Some people feel sensation in the body, emotional release, or a sense of lightness. Others just rest more deeply than they have in a while.

There’s no right way to experience it.

Your Experience, Your Pace

After the breathwork, we allow time for integration. This may look like rest, quiet reflection, or sharing within the group. There is no pressure to speak, just an invitation to be witnessed if you feel called.

Why This Longer Format

These extended sessions create room for a deeper process.

There’s time to settle the mind, connect to the body, and stay with what arises, rather than moving past it too quickly. The smaller group allows for more support, more presence, and a sense of being held as you move through your experience.

What to Bring

Water
A blanket or layers for comfort
Anything that helps you feel supported (pillow, mat, etc.)

Health Considerations

Please reach out or consult your doctor before attending if you have:

Pregnancy
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recent heart conditions or stroke
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
History of psychosis

Stephanie is a yoga studio owner and devoted community builder, creating spaces rooted in movement, healing, and authentic connection. A mother of three and a lifelong explorer of the inner landscape, her teaching is shaped by lived experience—embodied, heart-led, and continually unfolding.

Her classes invite a slowing down and a listening inward. Through breath, movement, sound, and stillness, Stephanie guides students to meet what’s present with honesty and compassion. Rather than striving to fix or transcend, her work centers on awareness, nervous system regulation, and creating safety for release, integration, and self-trust.

Grounded in the understanding that personal healing ripples outward, Stephanie works both in group settings and one-on-one to support people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and capacity for self-healing. Through breath, sound, and presence, her work offers a supportive space for release, clarity, and integration—tending the individual as a meaningful act of care for the whole.

An Aquarian at heart, she honors the intuitive, expressive, and ever-evolving nature of being human. Her greatest joy is witnessing people remember themselves—through breath, through movement, and through the power of shared presence.

Jenny is a yoga teacher, RN, and movement educator who weaves functional movement with accessible meditation and devotional practices. A registered nurse with a BSN and a background in post-surgical joint care, she brings over a decade of experience educating others on anatomy, recovery, and holistic wellbeing. She’s also a Third Degree Reiki practitioner and spent four years immersed in Nondual healing studies, adding depth and energetic precision to her work on and off the mat.

Her classes are a blend of grounded science, subtle energy, curiosity, and humor. Students often say she makes things feel both doable and meaningful, never too serious, always real.

As studio manager, she walks alongside the dreamers and doers, clearing paths, lighting candles, and helping turn big ideas into grounded reality. She's the behind-the-scenes anchor: whispering wild ideas into the right ears, wrangling chaos, and offering steady support and lots of joyful humor so teachers can bring their magic to life.
