at GeorgetownAs part of the Light Body Activation Series, Dr. David Weinthal guides you through a transformative two-hour workshop focused on opening and activating the deeper layers of the heart. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and meditative awareness, you will begin to soften protective patterns and access the heart as an energetic center of presence, compassion, and connection. This experience is designed to move beyond surface emotion and into the deeper intelligence of the heart—where healing, balance, and authentic feeling naturally arise.
Drawing from the mystical technology of the Sufi tradition, this workshop introduces practices that awaken what is often referred to as the “hidden” or “secret” heart—the place of deep, unconditional love within. Through rhythmic breath, subtle sound, and heart-centered awareness, you will explore how to expand this inner field and allow it to radiate outward. As the heart opens, a natural coherence between body, mind, and spirit emerges, leaving you with a felt sense of warmth, connection, and inner harmony that can be carried into everyday life.
Dr. David Weinthal, DOM, L.Ac., is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with over two decades of clinical experience, dedicated to integrating ancient healing traditions with modern approaches to mind-body-spirit wellness. As the founder of One Essence Healing, he combines Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element Acupuncture, Esoteric Acupuncture, Kundalini Yoga, Qigong, breathwork, and sound healing into a unified system he calls the Meditative Model of Healing—a framework that uses breath, movement, visualization, and sound to activate the body’s natural healing intelligence.
Dr. David is an authorized teacher of Esoteric Acupuncture as taught by Dr. Mikio Sankey and has developed the Light Body Activation Series to help students awaken their energetic potential through practical, embodied experience. His teaching style is both grounded and expansive, offering accessible tools that support physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. Through workshops, classes, and his evolving SoulSpirit QiYoga platform, Dr. David guides individuals to reconnect with their inner light, cultivate awareness, and step into a more aligned and vibrant way of living.
