Briana P.

Briana was raised in Austin, Texas, where a love for nature and outdoor adventures at Zilker Park and the Greenbelt shaped her early years. Her journey with yoga began in her early 20s, sparking a profound connection that has grown over the past 12 years. Though she’s always been drawn to movement, yoga offered her something deeper—a sense of embodiment and presence she had never experienced before. In 2021, Briana completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Sukha Yoga, followed by an additional 100-hour Yin Yoga training. Her teaching style reflects her love for both challenge and stillness, combining slow, intentional movement with deep breathwork to cultivate awareness and connection. For Briana, yoga is more than just a physical practice; it’s a space of safety, community, and self-discovery. She strives to create that same space for her students, encouraging them to explore their inner strength and find grounding both on and off the mat.
