Jillian C.

Known for her authenticity and warm hearted nature, Jillian is a Trauma-informed, Licensed Massage Therapist and E-RYT 500 who began teaching yoga over ten years ago in Los Angeles. Her yoga practice began when she was a small child, as did her interest in mysticism and bodywork, and her hunger for continual learning of the healing arts that has taken her to study with teachers in far away places has yet to be satiated.

Her classes are a grounded in yoga philosophy and intelligent anatomical sequencing, and her intention is to take students on an explorative embodiment journey that promotes strength and resilience in both body and mind, as well as opening up and softening the layers to aid in a deeper connection to themselves and their own innate wisdom.

This event is part of the Holiday Bazaar party. We invite you to start this gathering by collectively chanting the sound OM. In yoga philosophy, OM or AUM is considered the primordial sound from which the universe was created. Chanting this sound connects you directly with this source, and also helps calm the nervous system and promote mental clarity. We will move into an all-levels yoga flow following the OM circle. This flow will incorporate some somatic release practices as well as traditional yoga postures. Mats will be provided but always good to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing so the mind and body can move freely. Full Schedule: 2:30PM - Doors Open- Hang out and Mingle 3:00 PM - 3:30PM- Opening Circle & OM Circle 3:30- 4:30 pm -All-level primal yoga flow 5:00 - 6:00 pm - Kirtan with Jambavan 6:30pm -7:30 pm: Drum circle by Austin Drum Beats 7:30PM- Closing Circle
