I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and it has positively impacted my life in so many ways. I am a Spiritual Fitness Coach by day, but yoga is where my body and nervous system can RELAX and be present in the moment. I love helping others come back home to themselves, their bodies and practicing yoga is one of the greatest tools I've personally used.
