Taylor C.

Taylor has been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga has profoundly impacted her life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—which ultimately inspired her to share the practice with others and become a teacher. She currently teaches power, vinyasa, hatha flow, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. While she teaches all levels, she prefers to keep her classes as beginner-friendly as possible, offering up-level options for those who want them. Regardless of the style she’s teaching, her primary focus is helping students leave with a regulated nervous system and a deep sense of peace.

Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.Read class details
