Sacred Rage Workshop

Join us for a powerful workshop to explore your inner landscape.

The rage held within. Where does it come from? And where does it go?

Many of us were taught or live(d) around the silent rule that emotions don’t get expressed. The world around us isn’t comfortable with our emotions. When this happens, it’s like swallowing a bubble that then pops inside your body.

Your thoughts, feelings and emotions are valid … and … when the other person(s) can’t or won’t help you heal a situation, or won’t show up for you, you can feel stuck,
and not able to fully heal. Your feelings have nowhere to go. Without closure, it's a challenge to achieve peace.

Our anger can fuel us when used in a healthy way. When explored and expressed,

~ it can show us the deeper intricacies of a situation,
~ it can show us a new facet of ourselves we hadn't seen, and
~ it can be incredibly cathartic.

Join us for this powerful workshop where you'll have the opportunity to explore, express, and expunge, free of judgment in an energetic space to support your healing.

You’ll have a safe space to explore and express that which you’ve held within ~ mind, body and spirit, to:

~ go deep into what wants to be seen, felt, expressed and let go of,
~ have the opportunity to say what may never have felt safe to say before, and
~ experience multiple modalities for energy clearing.

You’ll experience:
~ breathwork to connect with what wants to be expressed,
~ partner work (with someone you don’t know) to give what needs to be said a voice,
and to be witnessed,
~ an energetic cord cutting to clear the energy between you and the other, and
~ sound healing to integrate.

You’ll have tools to take forward into your own practice. Because healing and giving a voice to your sacred self is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.

What to bring:
~ a water bottle,
~ a journal and something to write with,
~ initial thoughts on what you’d like to process,
~ an open mind, and
~ a willingness to explore.

This is a non-violent workshop.
