Restorative Breathwork & Sound Healing At 3rd Eye with Mandy K.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or deepening your practice, Mandy’s sessions offer a safe, welcoming sanctuary where you can simply be. As you practice the two-part breath technique, your mind will be given permission to relax, creating space for your body to release
the messages hidden beneath the surface. With every breath, you will uncover deeper layers of yourself, revealing moments of liberation, clarity, and profound self-realization.
Each session is unique, and you will receive exactly what you need in the moment. As you journey through the breathwork, you will be gently supported by meditation, sound healing, and a peaceful savasana, allowing you to integrate and ground the transformative
energies you’ve accessed.
Come as you are—this class is for everyone, and you will leave feeling more connected, centered, and restored.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, checking in, and setting up your mat. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any additional items that will help you feel comfortable, such as a pillow, eye mask or journal.
