Flow Yoga Westgate in Westgate Austin Texas Sam P.

In today’s world, chronic stress feels like a constant weight—tightening the chest, fogging the mind, and leaving tension locked in the body. Without regular care, this imbalance can sap resilience, disrupt health, and lead to exhaustion that affects your entire being. This restorative Yin practice is a tactile journey inward, designed to help you feel grounded, clear, and renewed. Through breath practices, somatic movements, and restorative Yin poses, you’ll feel tension ease from your body and a sense of calm flow into your mind. The session concludes with Tension & Trauma Release Exercises, a sound bath that resonates through your body, and hypnagogic guided meditation to gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Together, these practices work synergistically to retrain the autonomic nervous system (ANS) to move more naturally between activation and recovery. The benefits of committing to this practice include:• Building Resilience: Feel your body settle into its natural rhythm, oscillating between effort and ease, reducing the long-term impacts of stress.• Preventing Burnout: Release the heavy grip of accumulated tension, allowing your body and mind the chance to fully reset and recharge.• Promoting Long-Term Health: Sense the body’s vital functions—digestion, immunity, and energy—come back into balance as you find space to truly rest.• Enhancing Self-Mastery: Deepen your awareness of your body’s signals, uncovering clarity and confidence as you reconnect with your inner world. This practice isn’t just an escape from stress—it’s a tactile journey back to yourself. A sensory reset for your nervous system. Through the sounds, sensations, and stillness offered in this session, you will tap into a deeper part of yourself .Read class details
