The journey begins with a guided visualization that invites participants to explore their inner landscape, fostering a deep sense of relaxation and awareness of the chakra system.
A gentle series of movements and stretches helps to prepare the body and mind, followed by the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls that align the chakras.
Reiki energy healing is seamlessly integrated, with practitioners channeling universal life force energy to clear blockages and promote energetic harmony.
The session includes a journaling exercise, allowing individuals to reflect on their experiences, insights, and intentions, further aiding in regulating the nervous system and promoting lasting peace and well-being.
Jeannine has been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade and has a foundation rooted in the field of education. She is a yoga alliance certified 200 hour yoga teacher, who received her certification through the Breathe For Change program. In the spring of 2018, she was a lead trainer at Breathe for Change and facilitated the social emotional learning portion of the training which focused on mindfulness and how it relates to the classroom.
Jeannine is certified in sound healing practices and uses crystal and metal singing bowls to deepen her meditative experience for sound baths and private sessions. She is excited to bring this modality into her teaching and practice with adults and children.
