This holistic approach supports stress reduction, emotional awareness, grounding, and overall well-being, and is accessible to all levels with no prior experience required.

Jeannine Ivey, M.Ed., RYT-200, is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and public educator with over 15 years of experience guiding others toward balance and well-being. With a Master's degree in special education and a Master’s in progress in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Jeannine weaves mindfulness, movement, and therapeutic practices into every class.
