Each class focuses on either upper or lower body using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and yoga props. Expect to sweat, build muscle, and feel challenged - but with modifications so you can work at your level. This is functional training, meaning you'll get stronger for real life: lifting groceries, playing with kids, moving furniture, whatever your day demands. Come ready to work hard and listen to your body. All fitness levels welcome.

I have been going to Flow Yoga for a few months now and I absolutely love it! There is a great variety of classes, some being very challenging workouts and others being so peaceful and restorative. All the instructors I’ve taken classes from have been so kind and very knowledgeable.
I love the free community events that are held here. It makes yoga more accessible for all! I attended an amazing class taught by Jodie W. She was so kind, informative, and led with an open heart. I truly felt the Kundalini energy guided by her presence. I would love to come back again for more classes with Jodie :)

I was recently looking for a studio to restart my yoga practice and checked out Flow Yoga. Everything about the studio has been wonderful. All of the instructors have been so welcoming, the students in class have been friendly and inviting as well. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and by a real person. They have made my transition into the studio seamless. The studio itself is always clean and has plenty of props, mats to borrow, towels, cleaners and all the little extras (hair ties, feminine products, etc) that you could need. I've absolutely loved becoming a part of the Flow Yoga community.

I have typically worked out with heavy weights or in boot camp style classes but visited Flow after realizing that I needed a change. I was welcomed by everyone and made to feel totally comfortable and at ease even not being someone with any real yoga experience. The staff, volunteers, and even other members are all incredible and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
