I love the Hatha and Kundalini classes at Flow Yoga. The teachers so seamlessly combine so many things I love into an hour—yoga, sound, meditation, teachings, mantras, chanting—I'm amazed how they do it seemingly so effortlessly and flow so well together into an experience that's nourishing, rejuvenating, and esp the teachings, they always seem to come at the right time to help me start my day on a great note.
I have typically worked out with heavy weights or in boot camp style classes but visited Flow after realizing that I needed a change. I was welcomed by everyone and made to feel totally comfortable and at ease even not being someone with any real yoga experience. The staff, volunteers, and even other members are all incredible and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
As a 50-year-old guy, I wasn’t sure a local yoga studio was going to be the right fit for me — especially after a total left knee replacement two years ago and a long, frustrating recovery that included two additional procedures for scar tissue. My range of motion has been limited for years, with pain at the edges of movement. I put off trying yoga for a long time.
Over the past two months, practicing yoga here has genuinely helped. My knee mobility has improved, my hips feel looser, and even my lower back pain — still a work in progress — is better than it’s been in years. My overall energy and flexibility have noticeably increased.
If you’re looking for yoga for beginners, yoga after knee replacement, or just a welcoming yoga studio that meets you where you are, this is it. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and respectful of physical limitations. The community is just as supportive. No pressure, no judgment — just people working on their own practice.
I’m glad I finally gave it a shot. I’ll be sticking with it.
In less than 30 days my life has gotten better because I found this studio. The people are amazing. Just walking in the door you feel the warmth and the classes are phenomenal. I try and get to one or two classes a dat.
FlowYoga has been a breath of fresh air in the fitness world! I have been searching for a studio that offers laid-back, targeted, and mindful stretching without the intensity of your typical HIIT or Pilates class. Every class is guided by wonderful instructors, and has been a welcomed addition to my typical workout routine.
I’ve participated in a majority of the classes they offer- from the Hatha all the way to the hot Vinyasa class. You really get moving during the hot Vinyasa class since it’s more “intense” and can get relatively fast, but is perfectly manageable with how they pace it slow to begin, and once you’ve become familiar with the movements then start to speed it up. Everything in between is well-paced, and offers plenty of variation even within the same class! Another testament to the instructors keeping things fresh while also being effective.
There’s little pressure in any of the classes to “perform” well, and the rooms are inexplicably relaxing which helps you lean into the mindfulness they conjure. The instructors are sure to assist if needed to help you maximize the time spent in the studio, and all friendly and welcoming.
Glad to have come across this studio on a whim, and look forward to spending as much time as I can with them!
What do you say about a place that gives you more than you ever expected? Flow Yoga offers it all—strength through movement, grounding through breathwork and meditation, and a community of people who are all seeking the same things: rest, relaxation, realignment, and renewal.
Flow Yoga truly delivers. The staff, volunteers, instructors, facilities, and class variety are exceptional. From Carolina’s Mobility class to Sarah’s Hot Vinyasa to Yin with Nina K, each session challenged me in new ways and strengthened both my mind and body far beyond what I anticipated. I’m genuinely grateful for every experience and every person who makes this space what it is.
The best way I can express my appreciation is by encouraging you to experience Flow Yoga for yourself—today or sometime this week. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. And if stepping into the studio doesn’t feel right just yet, come try the free Yoga in the Park on Saturdays at 10 a.m. at the Cedar Park Public Library.
Take a chance on yourself, and take a chance on all that Flow Yoga has to offer. After all… what’s the best that can happen?

I joined Flow Yoga after retiring last year to focus on improving my flexibility and strength after years of seating at desk. I love what the classes have done for me and attend 3-4 times a week. Great instructors and facility, Thank you Carolina and co.
