Who doesn't love a good party! Throughout the year we host events around Cedar Park and Austin from sound baths and breathwork, to meditation dinners, Yoga retreats and even free CPR classes.
I’m thankful for the Flow Yoga studio and community in Cedar Park! Class sign-up/sign-in is simple and efficient. It’s never congested between classes since they schedule a buffer between offerings to avoid traffic jams. They’ve chosen a simple, but intentional set up with high quality equipment. Both staff and attendees have been welcoming and friendly. With regard to quality of instruction, I’ve attended classes by four instructors including the owner. Naturally each had their own style, but all were kind and paced things well. Glad this place is in Cedar Park!

Love the vibes at Flow. The studio is well maintained and very welcoming, and everyone is so incredibly nice here. I also appreciate that they have showers available. Each instructor is unique and classes are varied so even if I go the same days every week, I know I can expect something different. I love that each instructor has their own closing to class whether it’s passing out cold towels, playing music, or using singing bowls for meditation. Overall just really grateful for the studio providing a safe space for yoga that I look forward to returning to.

Flow yoga has been very helpful for my fitness pursuits. The teachers are helpful in guiding mind/body connection with gentle kindness as well as a good challenge with the movements. There is also a wide variety of classes for any type of yoga. I particularly enjoy the flexibility and mobility classes myself but they are all very awesome. They also work with class pass which I find ultra helpful for my personal schedule and pocketbook.

My wife used this location to work out some issues with a tight, aching ITB and mild anxiety over her new status as second career student. The Flow Yoga was easy to schedule. Excellent location. And the affordable trial offer was a blessing for her during the Christmas break from school. Will definitely use a longer subscription for the coming summer vacation until she must return to her studies.

I am a fan of Flow Yoga - Cedar Park - from the reasonably priced unlimited membership, to the variety of classes offered and the quality of teaching, this studio really stands out in the CP/NW Austin area. And being able to attend classes downtown at Casa de Luz is an added bonus.

I've been both in Cedar Park and Georgetown Flow Yoga and I heard lots of good from my friends who've been in other branches. This place is like a sanctuary. The environment is clean, friendly and has a good energy vibe. You feel welcomed. The variety of the classes are awsome, lots of choices for any level. I love my Kundalini yoga sessions. I enjoy while I am in the class and carry the peace with me throughout my day. The price is reasonable. This is truly body, mind, spirit experience.

This is my 3rd week with the studio. This studio is great. The teachers are great. All of them wait for a chat and ask for feedback. Special mentions to Danille - I strongly recommend her flow yoga class. There were no scheduling glitches ever. If you live in Cedar Park / Leander this studio is worth checking out.
