Who doesn't love a good party! Throughout the year we host events around Cedar Park and Austin from sound baths and breathwork, to meditation dinners, Yoga retreats and even free CPR classes.
The studio is very welcoming with a great space. I've enjoyed the intensity of the hot vinyasa classes, plus the Sound Bath yoga is incredibly relaxing and meditative.

I love this studio! Pricing is completely reasonable and cheaper than anywhere else I can find around here, all of the instructors/classes are phenomenal. This place actually makes me excited to come to classes, I feel so amazing afterwards every time. I am a newbie in yoga and never feel out of place, the instructors explain the poses very well and I never feel lost or frustrated.

Absolutely my favorite studio! When i first started classpass i tried many out, but now i just keep coming back to FlowYoga! Its a very comforting place and the yoga instructor’s are always so helped and kind! I love vinyasa

Flow Yoga is a special place. It's calming and they have the best tea and relation room that I love to go into after yoga. Their teachers are top notch!

This is my 3rd week with the studio. This studio is great. The teachers are great. All of them wait for a chat and ask for feedback. Special mentions to Danille - I strongly recommend her flow yoga class. There were any never scheduling glitches. If you live in Cedar Park / Leander this studio is worth checking out.
