We will hold Free Yoga in the park at Berry Springs Park & Preserve in Georgetown until further notice.
Join us under the historic Pecan Trees at at beautiful Berry Springs Park & Preserve for a totally free yoga session every Saturday! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already flowing strong, this all-levels class is a perfect way to move, breathe, and reset for the weekend.
Here's what you can look forward to:
Stretch & Flow: All-levels yoga, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
Nature Vibes: Breathe deep under shady trees with fresh air and wide open green space.
Bring the Crew: Come solo, with friends, or the whole fam—kids welcome!
Play & Pause: There’s a playground nearby if your little ones need to move while you reset.

Stephanie is a yoga studio owner and passionate community builder, creating a space rooted in her deep love of movement, healing, and connection. A mother of three and a devoted explorer of the inner world, her teachings reflect her personal practice—embodied, heart-led, and ever evolving.
Her classes offer a space to slow down and become more intimate with what’s here. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she invites you to feel what’s true in your body and let that be enough. With gentle guidance and open curiosity, she holds space for people to soften, release, and reconnect—without needing to fix or force anything.
An Aquarian at heart, she honors the wild, intuitive, and expressive spirit in all of us, and believes in creating spaces where we can safely unravel and reawaken. Her greatest joy is watching others come home to themselves—through breath, through movement, through community.
