at GeorgetownJoin Steff, Kelly, Jenny and our guest, Laura Lighthorse, for a special Women’s Circle event, a sacred evening of movement, connection, and celebration.
For this one-of-a-kind gathering, we’ll expand our usual circle into a four-hour journey to deepen our connection with ourselves and each other. You’ll be guided through embodied feminine movement, nourishing rituals, and meaningful time to share stories, eat together, and bask in the magic of sisterhood.
This isn’t just another circle, it’s a celebration of your wild, authentic essence. A place to move, to rest, to laugh, to cry, to remember who you are, and to be fully seen and supported.
As women, we are each navigating different phases of life, yet we unite through the bond of sisterhood. There is nothing more uplifting and affirming than being surrounded by women of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. Let us gather, uplift one another, and forge deep connections.
This workshop is structured to provide a holistic, simple, experiential approach to managing physical, mental and emotional well-being through Yoga Therapy practices targeted to address common challenges faced by women.
What to Expect:
What to bring:
This evening is for you if you crave more presence, joy, and freedom in your body and your life. No experience is needed — just your willingness to show up exactly as you are.
Let this be your sacred reset. Let yourself be held, celebrated, and reminded of your magic.
This is a special sliding scale priced event.
Stephanie enjoys teaching & practicing an infusion of Hatha & Kundalini. She loves the body awareness that Hatha offers & enjoys the silliness & liberation Kundalini invokes. Her classes are always geared towards gentle & heart-centered w/ encouraged playfulness!
She appreciates community which she has found through Yoga and now she is grateful for the opportunity to create community for others within her own classes & her studio.
Kelly began Flow-based Hatha teacher training in 2013 and has not stopped practicing, learning and teaching yoga since then. She teaches Hatha, Gentle Flow, Chair, Kundalini, Flexibility, and Yin— incorporating healing music, breath awareness, meditation practices, and sound healing relaxation with the Gong and singing bowls.
