Sound healing is an ancient practice that utilizes the vibrational frequencies of various instruments to promote relaxation, healing, and balance within the body. By harnessing the unique qualities of sound, participants can experience profound shifts in energy, emotional release, and mental clarity. Sound has been shown to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and even aid in physical healing, making it a powerful tool for personal and collective transformation.

Stephanie enjoys teaching & practicing an infusion of Hatha & Kundalini. She loves the body awareness that Hatha offers & enjoys the silliness & liberation Kundalini invokes. Her classes are always geared towards gentle & heart-centered with encouraged playfulness! She appreciates community which she has found through Yoga and now she is grateful for the opportunity to create community for others within her own classes & her studio.
