Christina has been practicing yoga for over a decade and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, and Yin. She offers thoughtfully paced classes that emphasize breath-led movement, intentional holds, and a balance of strength and softness. Her classes prioritize sensation over perfection, often building in a gentle ladder-style format that foreshadows peak moments while honoring the journey itself.
Christina completed her RYT 200 in Bali, where an immersive experience deepened her personal practice and inspired her to share yoga as a tool for healing. Yoga played a meaningful role in her own recovery from burnout, shaping her passion for teaching practices that support slowing down, finding balance, and reconnecting with the body. Inspired by yogic philosophy, Christina weaves dharma into her classes, inviting students to explore themes they can carry off the mat and into daily life. With a love for learning and growth, she brings curiosity, warmth, and heart into every space she holds.
Deva Fateh is a passionate Heart Centered Yoga teacher with a diverse background that blends sound, and spirituality. Before discovering yoga, Deva had a background as a DJ, music producer, jazz drummer and percussionist, honing the discipline, rhythm, and focus that would later inform his teaching style. With experience as a fitness director at three prominent LA Fitness locations, Deva developed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the importance of a balanced, holistic approach to wellness.
