at GeorgetownSacred Circle is a two-hour gathering to slow down, get out of the usual noise, and spend some time with yourself and other people.
Every circle has a theme, but the shape of the gathering stays familiar. We’ll move our bodies, spend some time reflecting, and have an opportunity to connect and talk with the people around us. There will be guidance, conversation, quiet, and plenty of room for whatever you’re bringing with you that day.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have the right words. You can share, listen, write, move, or simply be in the room. The point is to give yourself a couple of hours to step away from everything else and actually pay attention to what’s going on inside you.
Sacred Circle is held by Tylee Personett of Kisma Wellness at Flow Yoga Georgetown.
