Some of her areas of study and expertise include: biomechanics of movement and optimal breathing patterns, neurobiology of movement, integrative nutrition, multiple disciplines of meditation, Mobility for Longevity, yoga asana, breath work, sound healing and the Internal Healing Arts - Qigong and Xiu Yang specifically.
Sanieh’s aim as a yoga educator is to assist people towards full body (re)integration, neuro-muscular connectivity and nervous system self-regulation by way of teaching somatics, ancient yogic practices and the internal healing arts in a modern, non-dogmatic way.
In her public yoga classes, Sanieh specializes in the facilitation of organic movement forms based on fluid body systems and evidence-based stress reduction. Her classes are often described as “liquid” meditative and nourishing.
