Angela R.

Angela is an E-RYT 500 instructor, and a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher + Sound Healing Practitioner. She graduated from Yoga Yoga in 2010. Her style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her classes are welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.

You will get hands-on practices with  Himalayan (Tibetan) bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and a bit of gong. We are limiting this training to 12 students to ensure you get proper 1x1 instruction with these instruments. 

Just yourselves, a smile, and something to take notes with. We will provide a manual with space to take notes and all insturments we will cover in the course. We will also have yoga mats, bolsters, and back jacks at the studio so you can be comfortable during the lecture portions. 

Nope! Please come as you are whether you are brand new or looking to learn something new. 

Nope. This training is open to anyone who is interested in learning how to be a sound healing practitioner. 

Yes. After completing the training you will be eligible to claim 20 hours of continuing education credit. 

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available if canceled 30 days prior to training. No refunds available if cancellation is within 30 days of the start of the training. Funds can be used as account credit.
