Fall into Stillness
If you've been craving a softer pace, this one's for you. This weekend is a gentle introduction to silent retreating, created to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and breathe a little deeper
We’ll explore meditation, movement, writing, reflection, and sound in a way that feels grounded, accessible, and supportive. There will also be shared meals, a designated silent breakfast space, and quiet moments woven throughout the weekend to help you settle inward without pressure or perfection.
This retreat isn’t about doing things perfectly. It’s about giving yourself enough space to listen, reflect, and notice what’s been waiting underneath the rush.
What to expect:
- Gentle Hatha and Yin yoga (suitable for all levels)
- Qigong-a gentle movement and breathwork practice designed to calm the body and mind
- Movement-based lymphatic drainage sessions
- Interactive breakout writing sessions
- Sound and musical exploration sessions
- A beginner-friendly introduction to Insight and Korean Zazen meditation
- Guided reflection sessions
- A designated silent breakfast area
- Community lunches and dinners
- Short periods of encouraged reflective silence woven throughout the retreat (approximately 90 minutes at a time)
