With over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and a deep personal commitment to living yoga off the mat, Seleste teaches from the heart. For her, yoga isn't just a practice, it's a way of being. The teachings of yoga have transformed her life, bringing more balance, clarity, and compassion into every day, and she’s passionate about helping others experience that transformation too.

Seleste’s classes are welcoming, fun, and thoughtfully crafted. Expect a creative flow, a touch of philosophy, and an invitation to explore who you are beneath the surface. Each class begins with a short dharma talk and unfolds as a journey of self-discovery. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just a loving space to show up as you are.

She believes the asana practice (the poses!) is only the front porch of yoga. Her mission is to guide students beyond the physical and into the fuller, richer world of yoga—where breath, presence, and self-love reside. Inspired by the words of Judith Hanson Lasater, Seleste sees her role as a mirror: to reflect back each student’s inner light so they can remember the truth of who they are: radiant, whole, and inherently good.

This slower-paced flow class connects breath with movement. You'll be constantly moving from one pose to the next, without stopping between positions. The teacher guides you through a series of positions that build strength, improve flexibility, and help with balance.Classes typically start with simple stretches, move into a sequence where you're always in motion, and end with relaxing poses. The teacher gives step-by-step instructions and shows easier or harder options for each position. This class works for everyone - beginners get simpler options while more experienced students can try more challenging versions.
