Adrienne is a Minnesota native & Howard University alumna who enjoys a great book, traveling to new places, and laughing with friends. She was first introduced to yoga by a friend in 2006 and used it as a great workout until her training in 2020 which led to a deeper understanding of the discipline and to guiding classes.

You can look forward to a strength-building flow and a bright playlist in a judgement-free space. All levels are welcome! Come ready to play, explore new postures, and deepen your personal practice in community with others. I hope you leave feeling challenged and rewarded.

Yin is a slow, mindful practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Working with the energetic systems of the body, Yin Yoga brings the body into balance, and improves its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down supported by the use of props, and are held in stillness for several minutes. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony.
