Angelina A.

Angelina (she/they) is a RYT 200 certified instructor teaching Flow and Slow Flow. Their classes emphasize slow, intentional movements designed to enhance mobility, increase breath awareness, and promote self-compassion.
 
Each session incorporates gentle postures and mindful breathing techniques aimed at calming the nervous system and encouraging ease and exploration rather than rigidity.
 
Angelina encourages students to tune into their bodies and move in a way that feels supportive and natural for them. Their goal is to create a welcoming space where movement feels intuitive, adaptable, and nourishing regardless of experience level.

Angelina is an Austin native and mother to a Cat named Whiskey. They enjoy food forestry, acro yoga, and cocktails/mocktails. Their favorite Holiday is Eyore's Birthday.

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill.Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.Read class details
