Angelina A.

Angelina’s classes emphasize slow, intentional movements designed to enhance mobility, increase breath awareness, and promote self-compassion. Each session is aimed at calming the nervous system and encouraging ease and exploration rather than rigidity.

Angelina started her teaching practice in 2019 as a way to encourage her service industry co-workers to tune into their bodies and move in a way that feels supportive and natural for them post-shift. In the studio, that translates as a welcoming space where movement feels intuitive, adaptable, and nourishing regardless of experience level.

Angelina loves to build community with her practice hosting free classes in her favorite public parks and has a robust Acro-Yoga practice which includes teaching — find her at the Acro Jam on Mondays Nights at Flow Yoga Westgate!

Flow Yoga South Congress in Austin TexasAngelina A.

Deep Chill combines gentle movement with deep relaxation to help you release tension and find calm. This class starts with slow, easy stretches to work out stiffness, then transitions to restful positions. By staying low to the ground and holding poses longer, you facilitate a gentle myofascial release, helping to ease tension in the body's connective tissues while quieting the nervous system. Slow and low to the ground make it easy for people at any level, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.   Read class details
