Audrey is a playful movement and mobility instructor who teaches with curiosity at the heart of every class. Drawing from their training in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Functional Range Systems – Internal Strength Model (FRS?ISM), Functional Range Assessment (FRA), and CYoga, their sessions combine joint?focused training with creative explorations that help students discover what their bodies can do. Expect clear progressions, surprising “aha” moments, and plenty of space to experiment.
