Beth became an RYT-200 in 2023 after completing Heart Centered Yoga Teacher Training at Flow Yoga. Embracing her love of learning, she has also completed Kundalini Yoga Therapy for Self Healing, Sound Practitioner, and Yin Yoga training.
Beth says her goal is to cultivate a space where practitioners can find connection and belonging. Her light hearted, down to earth approach to Yoga practice offers a relaxed environment to explore what it means to find balance.
