Erika K.

Whatever intelligent creative force has been crafting yoga experiences through me for the past decade plus is not designing classes. It is creating portals. Sacred, addressing the moment authentically, lighthearted to quirky, always soul-full. As we experience, we do not merely move; we unfold.
Through Quantum Breath Meditation-a practice inspired by longtime professor & mentor Dr. Joe Dispenza and the ancient truth that breath is the bridge between form and the formless — we gently dissolve the illusion of story & separation. Here, in the pause between thoughts, you may touch the truth of who You are: pure, unlimited awareness —your Higher Self, your Soul.
Drawing from my training as a professional poet, writing professor, yoga therapist, Quantum Wellness Practitioner, and doctoral candidate of Integrative Medicine, I help create a field inspired by & addressing nervous system regulation, astrological/collective weather, energetic hygiene/self-care, ayurvedic wisdom, sonic therapy, breath & meditative practices with themes inspired by the luminous writings of heart-centered poets/prophets such as Mark Nepo and Mary Oliver.
These practices are offered not as dogma, but as doorways — each class a curated space where dance science and spirit.
Yoga and metaphysics transformed my own path from anxiety, addiction and depression to one of great curiosity & connection.
My purpose now is to pay that gift forward. I hold inclusive space, offering many variations for all bodies and energy levels.
Come as you are. Leave remembering what you've always been.

This slower-paced flow class connects breath with movement. You'll be constantly moving from one pose to the next, without stopping between positions. The teacher guides you through a series of positions that build strength, improve flexibility, and help with balance.Classes typically start with simple stretches, move into a sequence where you're always in motion, and end with relaxing poses. The teacher gives step-by-step instructions and shows easier or harder options for each position. This class works for everyone - beginners get simpler options while more experienced students can try more challenging versions. You'll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed.Read class details

Yoga means union, and also union of opposites...effort and ease, strength and flexibility. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. Flow +Chill is a combination class, starting with a slower paced vinyasa, followed by restorative poses (supported by props). We will flow for half of class to warm the body up, then take the second part of class to stretch, release tension and dive into a deeper state of chill. Some classes might include sound healing, breathwork or meditation.Read class details
