Hi Friends! My name is Jessica. I have been in the wellness industry for over a decade. I am a strength training and nutrition coach with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, as well as a level three Reiki practitioner.
 
I have a passion for all things health, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I believe abundant health, harmony, love and joy is our birthright. Learning about and sharing how to obtain that with others is a calling on my life.

When the time was right, Kundalini yoga found me! I immediately fell in love with the practice and experienced profound positive changes overtime. This practice has played a vital role in the expansion of my consciousness, what I believe is possible and my perception on life. I jumped at the opportunity to become a certified instructor and share this practice with others.

Growing alongside others in this practice to fully discover the Truth of our being, and connect with the love and peace that resides within is the greatest gift to receive and share!
