Julia has been practicing yoga for years, originally drawn to the physical challenge and the simple joy of moving her body. Over time, she discovered the deeper layers of the practice—the philosophy, the breath, and the subtle shifts that happen when movement becomes a form of mindfulness. With a 200-hour yoga teacher training and a Sound Healing Certification, she brings a grounded yet energizing presence to her classes. Her intention is steady and clear: to help you feel better in body and mind, one breath, one shape, one moment at a time.
Playfulness is at the heart of Julia’s teaching. She believes yoga should be explored and enjoyed, never taken too seriously. Her classes invite curiosity, ease, and freedom to move, breathe, wobble, and laugh your way through the flow.
