Dr. Kate Thomas is a therapist, teacher, and lifelong student. Her yoga classes focus on optimal alignment, linking breath and movement, and welcoming whatever parts of you show up on the mat each day. Through her psychology training and practice she has extensive experience creating inclusive and trauma-informed spaces. Her yoga classes are a place to foster community, build resilience, cultivate balance, and play. Off the mat, she is a rock climber and a volunteer mentor with Explore Austin.
